The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows may stop it:
- SmartScreen (“Windows protected your PC”): click More info → Run anyway.
- Smart App Control (“Smart App Control blocked an app that may be unsafe”): there is no per-app override. Turn it off under Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control settings.
